Access via lifetime or yearly subscription. We may limit or revoke access at any time if needed.

Service is provided as-is. No guarantees, no liability beyond payment, even in case of bugs, data loss, or outages.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. All other warranties, to the extent allowed by law, are excluded.

You agree to the use of financial and behavioral data for analytics, AI-driven insights, and promotional features.

You authorize us to automatically showcase your content on our leaderboard, newsletter, and social channels.

If you process personal data, you must perform risk assessments under GDPR and keep compliance records.

You are solely responsible for all submitted content — including legality, accuracy, and potential consequences.

No agency or employment relationship is created by your use of the platform. You act on your own behalf only.

This agreement is governed by French law. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
