For the duration of your content's presence on our service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your public data (profile, logos, URLs) to operate and promote the platform.

This licence is strictly limited to the purpose of our services: ranking you, making you discoverable, featuring your products, and syndicating this content on public channels.

We are the sole owner of all data, scores, analyses, and rankings that we create from your public content. These constitute our own intellectual property.

You acknowledge and agree that we may integrate affiliate links (e.g., Beehiiv, Flippa) and other monetisation models. We are not liable for any third-party services.

If you believe a user has infringed your intellectual property rights, contact us to report it. We will act in accordance with French law.

You warrant that you hold all necessary rights (including intellectual property rights) to the content you publish, and that it is lawful, accurate, and not misleading.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless against any and all claims, damages, and legal costs arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

Our liability is strictly limited to direct and foreseeable damages, and shall not exceed the greater of €100 or the total fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

We are bound by an 'obligation de moyens' (obligation of means), meaning we will provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee any specific result or outcome.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under French law, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
